The island of Alderney - the third largest of the Channel Islands- is an absolute must to discover. At only 12km from the coast of France, and at only 3km by 5 with 2000 residents, you can expect a warm and friendly welcome. It has a fascinating history being in the location that it is.
You can leisurely browse the island either on foot or by bike, the ancient history is there to be discovered. The natural beaches, an almost unique lifestyle, Alderney is like a village of a very particular style. An ideal place to recharge, an island dedicated to the love of nature and where families can soak up the relaxing atmosphere.
Surrounded by magnificent bays with soft white sandy beaches and clear blue seas, it is a magical preserve of fauna and flora in their natural environment. Its a chance to visit that you simply cannot miss!

Cherbourg - Jersey
Jersey is the largest of the Channel Islands (118km2 ). It is a place of special conservation and biodiversity with some species unique to the island. On arrival, you'll immediately notice the distinctive mix of British and French cultures. The capital, St Helier is a gem waiting to be found.

Jersey is a leisurely island with spectacular walks and tracks all around the coastline. There is so much to discover on Jersey from one end of the island to the other. Jersey offers extroardinary views with the landscape dominated by the sea.
Cherbourg - Cowes (Isle of Wight) The Hamble River
Crossing the Channel, you'll enter the Solent passing The Needles lighthouse. Instantly, you feel the magic of such an important place ! Sailing in the Solent….so British!
Passing the most western point of the isle, the first port you come to is Yarmouth. There is not only the language that is different, the narrow streets are shadowed but welcoming.
The legendary town of Cowes, famous for those with a passion for sailing as much as it is known for the "Royal Yacht Squadron", one of the most prestigious yacht clubs in the UK
Sailing up the Hamble river as far as Hambleton Marina for lunch or you can have dinner at the Royal Air Force Yacht Club and visit the museum. You'll appreciate the britishness of the place with their thick carpets, and comfortable armchairs in luxurious red velour. Tasting the traditional, hand pumped, real ales after crossing the Channel will be an experience to savour.
